Youth & Human Rights

Good Governance
If Indian society is infected with problems like corruption, lawlessness, lack of respect for human being and no human rights, it is because we are governed badly. To be governed better, it is important that we elect people with good character, good conduct, and good vision for a better India. Governance is described as a process of decision making. Decision makers conduct public affairs, manage public resource and guarantee development of all in society. There is an imperative need to elect people who would help to accomplish these objectives. Many people who elected to govern the country abuse their power. Some are corrupted, others have less regard for the laws and rules of society which they themselves have formulated.

Though good governance is an ideal which is difficult to achieve, certain steps are required in order to achieve minimum good governance. This campaign is a step towards it. We aim to chanelize youth energies for a positive social change.

We oppose Criminals or candidates with criminal background in Parliament. If they enter they will use money and muscle power to rule the country.

We oppose persons with business ente rprises. If elected, they will further misuse their business interests. It is nice to see that they run their business better.

We oppose candidates active in films. If elected or nominated, they will dance in Switzerland during the Parliament sessions.

We oppose candidates above 65 years. If elected, their sons and grandsons will miss them and will also follow and enter the parliament. Let them spend more time at home rather than in parliament. By not voting for them, we can stop dynasty politics.

We oppose distribution of money by the candidates to voters. If you accept a rupee for a vote, they will take back 10 times when you approach them for getting our work done. Therefore –
  • Elect people below 65 years in Parliament, they can make a change.
  • Vote for women, they will serve better.
